Christian Corben, Founder
Christian is a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, having created, opened and managed trendsetting restaurants and bars across the country, including Katana and Sushi Roku. He has held virtually every restaurant position, from server to executive, which ensures every custom touchpoint at TAISHO creates a stellar experience.
When not at TAISHO, you can find Christian at home with his wife and two kids.
PAUL CARROLL, PARTNER
Born and raised in NY, Paul has called Los Angeles home for 17 years. For the past 25, he has worked in at various hospitality mainstays, including BOA Steakhouse and W Hotels.
